A good composite repair is neither weaker or stronger than the original structure. The perfect repair should be the same weight as the original structure. This is never more relevant than when repairing a complex structure such as a CT microlite, where Carbon, glass and Kevlar cloths are employed. 

Precision measurements, to ensure correct and exact position is always a first.

Vacuum bagging  gives a good strong result ensuring that all the repair laminates are squeezed together with the minimum amount of resin.
